The Miami Health Club is a family run business. We have been established from 1992 and offering several services to the public such as; gymnasium facilities, fitness classes, spa areas, beauty treatments and tanning. Our client varies from the ages of 3 upwards, catering to both men and women. We have options ideal for guests and members whether they wish to pursue a short term or long-term membership. The gymnasium offers a variety of high spec equipment as well as the free weights area.
Classes are run throughout the entire week catering for adults and children, from the age of 3 and above. The classes are very popular, especially as anyone can come in and join. We offer a selection of classes such as Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Aerobics, Acrobatics, Circuit Training, Tae-Kwon-Do, and Dance.
We offer gym hire for personal trainers, studio and treatment room hire which can be useful for various activities such as; photography, educational purposes, beauty/ sports treatments and hairdressing.

GYMNASIUM
We have been running this business for over 20 years. We have outstanding facilities catered for all levels of gym users. We also offer a variety of adults and children classes, personal training sessions and nutrition advice.
THE SPA AREA
Also, we offer great spa facilities such as; sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The ideal way to wind down from your workout or even after a hectic week. These facilities are open to both genders, members and nonmembers.
THE BEAUTY CLINIC
Fancy treating yourself? Our Electrolysis/ IPL Specialist has endless years of experience. We have various treatments available from hair removal (waxing, electrolysis and IPL), facials, massages, body treatments and spa packages for all. Our top-spec beauty rooms will have you feeling relaxed in no time. Spa packages can be brought alongside the spa area for use also.

Hiring options are also available for the beauty rooms. This can be useful for aromatherapy, sports therapy, massages, facials and more. The rooms have the perfect ambience which will help to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate.
SUNBED TANNING
With the ultimate high power tanning experience, you are bound to have an enjoyable tanning session. We offer Ultra Violet UV Tanning Units, both stand-up and lay down. Both units hold the same amount of power, whichever one you choose, it can be based on your personal preference.
Using the tanning beds will allow you to build up a beautiful tan in a hygienic, fast, friendly and professional surrounds, in your own private room.
The tanning beds themselves come from Britain's number one UV Tanning manufacturer. In fact, we hold one of the only three standing beds in the whole of England!
