Service Description

This class is for stretching, toning aiding towards a stronger and leaner body. Pilates provides the foundation for the session, incorporating Yoga and Primal movements to bring about improves in joint Alignment, flexibility, global muscle strength (e.g. arms, legs, bottom, back & chest) and core strength, resulting in a stronger, powerful and leaner body. Great help for back pains and the perfect way to bring relaxation after a hectic week. All levels welcome
